EOS C700 FF
The flagship of CINEMA EOS SYSTEM, EOS C700 FF is released with 5.9K 35mm full-frame sensor as the same size of EOS C700. It features new 38.1×20.1mm full-frame sensor. It supports readout with full-frame, Super 35mm (Cropped), and Super 16mm (Cropped). It also supports with Cinema RAW, ProRes, and XF-AVC formats. There is EOS C700 FF PL for a PL mount.
It’s the successor of the bestseller PXW-FS5. As a new feature, picture tone is re-designed to express refined details of skin and to make an image way more natural. It also features slow motions such as 4K 120fps / 2K 240fps RAW output although the previous model has to be upgraded to use. The price is $4,750 US body-only.
Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K
It features a new handheld design with a 4/3 size sensor. It supports 13 stops of dynamic range and dual native ISO up to 25,600. The backside of the body has the large 5 inch touchscreen, and the camera itself records onto SD/UHS-II or CFast 2.0 cards in Cinema DNG RAW and ProPes at up to 120fps. It also features a shutter for still. Including DaVinci Resolve full version, the price is under $1,500. It’s surely the next generation of the digital film camera.
